ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of eight who work together in a supportive and collaborative environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an operations manager for a healthcare group and as a sales consultant with Aflac, experiences that helped shape my leadership style and focus on strong customer relationships.

Community involvement is a major focus for our agency. We’ve hosted community health fairs, coat and turkey giveaways, and actively participate in local outreach efforts. Our business was honored with the Minority Business Award in 2025 and recognized by the Georgia Business Journal as a regional winner for insurance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ayanna Ford-Bogan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
