    •         Drive new business through lead generation, networking, and actively seeking out sales opportunities.

    •         Manage client insurance accounts, updating information and assisting with policy changes and renewals.

    •         Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

    •         Support clients in navigating the claims process and deliver follow-up service.

    •         Contribute to agency growth by helping establish sales targets and strategies.

    •         Proven sales experience, preferably within insurance or a similar field. State Farm experience preferred.

    •         Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.

    •         Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
