RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a pipeline of prospects
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency goals
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has a hunter mentality - always looking for the next opportunity
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and performance driven
- Thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Is coachable and eager to learn
- Prior sales experience is preferred
